SoulBelly BBQ brings creative regional barbecue to Main Street in the Las Vegas Arts District, with a strong emphasis on Central Texas. Responsibly raised ingredients, thoughtful sides, cocktails, local beer and live music are at the heart of the experience.

Founder and chef Bruce Kalman brings his passion for butchery and regional barbecue to every plate. Before SoulBelly, he was chef and co-owner of UNION in Pasadena and Knead & Co. Pasta Bar + Market in Los Angeles. His cooking has also taken him to Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay and Top Chef.
